Refund policy
Because our products are custom-made with embroidered branding, we accept returns under specific conditions.
You can request a return if:
✔ The item arrived damaged or defective
✔ The embroidery has major errors (mis-stitched, unreadable, or incorrect design)
✔ You received the wrong size or wrong item
We do NOT accept returns if:
✖ The item does not fit due to ordering the wrong size (please review size guide before ordering)
✖ You simply changed your mind
✖ Minor embroidery differences that can occur naturally in stitched production
✖ Incorrect address or failure to collect package
Return Window
- You must submit a return request within 14 days of delivery
Return Process
- Email us at your support email (you can add later)
- Include:

- Photo of the issue
- Description of the problem
- Our team will review and approve eligible returns
- Approved items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval

Condition Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition unless defective
Embroidery Care
- Wash inside out, cold, gentle cycle
- Hang dry
- Avoid ironing directly on logo
