Refund policy

Because our products are custom-made with embroidered branding, we accept returns under specific conditions.

You can request a return if:

✔ The item arrived damaged or defective
✔ The embroidery has major errors (mis-stitched, unreadable, or incorrect design)
✔ You received the wrong size or wrong item

We do NOT accept returns if:

✖ The item does not fit due to ordering the wrong size (please review size guide before ordering)
✖ You simply changed your mind
✖ Minor embroidery differences that can occur naturally in stitched production
✖ Incorrect address or failure to collect package

Return Window

  • You must submit a return request within 14 days of delivery

Return Process

  1. Email us at your support email (you can add later)
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Photo of the issue
    • Description of the problem 
  1. Our team will review and approve eligible returns
  2. Approved items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval

Refund Options

  • If approved, you will receive:
    • Full refund to your original payment method
      or
    • Replacement (same item, corrected or new size if error was on our side)

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition unless defective

Embroidery Care 

  • Wash inside out, cold, gentle cycle
  • Hang dry
  • Avoid ironing directly on logo
